We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper to join our team in Los Angeles. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month, suitable for foreigners with English speaking abilities. No previous experience is required, but previous housekeeping experience is preferred. Accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas of clients' homes according to established standards
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sweep floors
- Change linens and make beds
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen surfaces
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
- Excellent time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work independently

Preferred:
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
