Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative for our cruise line, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with booking and reservation changes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on any issues that may arise.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to speak clearly and confidently. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. You must also have good problem-solving abilities and be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
