We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Lisbon. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and networks within our organization. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime
- Maintain security protocols for all systems
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with other team members to implement new technology solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network and systems administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills

Preferences:
- Previous experience working on contract basis
- Experience working with remote teams
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
