IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal staff and clients. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Create documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/Mac)
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools (e.g. ping, traceroute)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
*Portuguese language skills are a plus*
*Previous experience working with remote teams is preferred*

Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
