Back-End Developer - Lisbon, Portugal (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking a talented Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server side of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and designers to ensure seamless integration with our user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain efficient and scalable back-end code
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Write clean, well-designed code that is easy to maintain
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in back-end development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Knowledge of web server technologies (e.g. Apache)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
