As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their specific data needs and develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate your findings.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, or computer science. You should also have experience working with databases and programming languages such as SQL, Python or R. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing large sets of data from various sources
- Utilizing statistical methods to identify patterns and trends
- Creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
- Maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
- Experience with database management systems (DBMS)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large datasets
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in working with complex datasets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
