Team Lead - Lisbon, Portugal

As a Team Lead in Lisbon, Portugal, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. Your main duties will include overseeing team performance, providing guidance and support to team members, and communicating with upper management.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in a similar industry. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
