Teamlead - Contract in Lisbon, Portugal

As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be expected to have previous experience in a team leadership role, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Develop strategies for achieving team goals and objectives
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team
- Report on team progress and present findings to upper management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a team leadership or management role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations professionally
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
