As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within our company in Lisbon. Your main role will be to plan, execute and monitor all aspects of a project, ensuring that it is completed within budget and on schedule. You will be working closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and high-quality work.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
