Data Analytics Specialist - Part Time (Lisbon, Portugal)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Lisbon on a part-time basis. As our ideal candidate, you should have a passion for data and analytics, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Your role will involve working with various departments within the company to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from different sources
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics strategies and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets to inform business decisions
- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to drive business growth
- Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand format
- Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Proficient in SQL and other programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on 20 hours/week)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
