We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, performance, and security of our company's databases.

As a Database Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems by designing, implementing, and maintaining database structures. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and optimizing database performance.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Database Administrator and possess strong technical skills in database management systems. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing database structures
- Ensuring data security and integrity
- Monitoring and optimizing database performance
- Troubleshooting database issues
- Performing regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficient in database management systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
