Entry Level Typesetter (Lisbon, Portugal)


We are hiring an Entry Level Typesetter to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for formatting and setting text for various print and digital materials. As a crucial member of our team, you will ensure that all materials are visually appealing and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format and typeset text according to design specifications and style guidelines
- Proofread and edit text for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure high-quality final products
- Use various software programs to create layouts and manipulate images
- Ensure all materials meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Basic knowledge of typography, layout, and design principles
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this entry level position is $1300 per month. This is a contract job with potential for growth within the company.
