We are seeking a highly skilled Typesetter to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for creating and formatting digital and print materials, including books, magazines, and other publications. The ideal candidate will have experience in typesetting and layout design, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Format and typeset text, images, and graphics for digital and print materials
- Ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, and formatting
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to create visually appealing layouts
- Use software such as Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress to create layouts
- Maintain consistency in design across various publications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in typesetting or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress or other typesetting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- A degree or certification in graphic design or a related field is preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU applicants.
