Online Consultant (Lisbon)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients in a timely and professional manner. Your primary role will be to communicate with customers through various online platforms, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, tracking progress on customer inquiries, and escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer concerns. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment. A high level of computer proficiency is also required for this position. This is a full-time position based in Lisbon with a salary of 1700$, without accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for international candidates who meet our requirements.
