Tiler


As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles in residential and commercial buildings. Your role will involve measuring and cutting tiles, preparing surfaces for tiling, and ensuring the proper placement and alignment of tiles. You may also be required to remove old tiles and prepare surfaces for new tile installation.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and corners
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive
- Place and align tiles according to design plans
- Fill gaps between tiles with grout and remove excess grout
- Apply waterproofing materials as needed
- Remove old tiles and clean surfaces for replacement
- Ensure quality installation by checking for levelness, accuracy, and visual appeal
- Repair or replace damaged tiles as necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Knowledge of various tiling materials, tools, techniques, and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or in a team
- Own transportation preferred

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Lisbon (open to all nationalities)

Please note that this job may involve working at different job sites within Lisbon. Some projects may require travel within the city.
