Plasterer (Contract) - Lisbon, Portugal


We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces using plastering tools and materials. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning and smoothing the surface
- Apply plaster or other materials to walls and ceilings using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth and level the surface to achieve desired texture or finish
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plasterwork
- Mix and apply finish coats of plaster or stucco for decorative purposes
- Follow safety guidelines when working with ladders, scaffolding, and potentially hazardous materials
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the finished product

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract position based in Lisbon, Portugal. Accommodation will not be provided.
