Formworker


As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up temporary structures used to support concrete during construction projects. This position requires a high level of physical strength and endurance, as well as the ability to work in outdoor environments. You will work closely with other construction workers and must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up materials
- Construct wooden or metal forms for pouring concrete
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints or instructions
- Set up scaffolding and ladders for safe access to heights
- Install rebar and other necessary reinforcements before pouring concrete
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete using various tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats
- Remove forms after concrete has dried and clean up worksite

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
