Formworker Foreman


Our established construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Foreman to join our team in Lisbon. As a Formworker Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of our formwork team and ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of formworkers, ensuring they are working in a safe and productive manner
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan and direct the layout of formwork systems
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule work assignments, material deliveries, and equipment usage
- Train new employees on proper formwork techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect formwork installations to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process, such as equipment malfunctions or design discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours for payroll purposes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of formwork systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to formwork
