Junior Architectural Technologist

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and other professionals to develop architectural plans and designs for construction projects. You will use your technical skills to create detailed drawings and 3D models, as well as assist with site inspections and project coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects in the beautiful city of Lisbon, using your passion for architecture to help bring innovative designs to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members on design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination
- Research building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients and contractors regarding project specifications
- Participate in meetings and presentations to review design progress
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Contribute ideas and solutions to design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong technical drawing skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Portuguese or willingness to learn

Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
Salary: $1500 per month without accommodation.
