Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in conceptualizing and designing commercial and residential spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to develop project proposals and designs
- Utilize advanced software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create detailed 3D models and renderings
- Develop construction drawings and specifications that adhere to building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with design plans
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer with a focus on commercial and residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary: 1500$ (negotiable based on experience)
