Senior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our fast-paced team in Lisbon. As a leading architecture firm, we specialize in commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of commercial projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and compliance with design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Lisbon (must have own visa/work permit)

Employment Type: Full-time
