Job Title: Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect in our growing firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting site visits and surveys, creating detailed plans and drawings, selecting materials and equipment, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into your designs.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in architecture or a related field with a specialization in industrial design. You should also have at least 3 years of experience working on industrial projects, preferably in a consulting or architectural firm. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods is essential.

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering is also required. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you will be collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
