Industrial Architect (Contract)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, as well as strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed building plans, including structural specifications and materials
- Oversee construction processes to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes, safety regulations, and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

This contract position is based in Lisbon but may require occasional travel to construction sites. While this role is suitable for both men and women, due to the physical demands of the job it may be more suitable for men.
