Job Title: Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager in our firm located in Lisbon, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project designs and drawings
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and address any concerns or changes in requirements
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, construction management, and interior design to ensure efficient project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Lisbon

Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
