Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design and construction process
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure they are met
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review architectural drawings and designs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints without compromising quality
- Mentor junior architects in technical skills and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with others
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
