Senior Architect - Lisbon, Portugal

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Lisbon. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their expectations. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with contractors and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and designs based on client requirements
- Conduct site visits to evaluate feasibility and potential challenges
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineers to address design issues
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it aligns with the approved designs
- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Review project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Lisbon
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices

Salary: $1700 per month
