Senior Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs that meet the client's vision and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, including conceptualization, planning, and execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is reflected in the design
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into the design
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance to contractors as needed
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and on schedule

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. This role is open to all genders.
