A fast-paced retail store in Lisbon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide efficient and accurate service at the checkout counter
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and quickly
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, returns, and exchanges

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Must have or be willing to obtain a biometric passport for international travel purposes

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
