Cashier Assistant


We are hiring a Cashier Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. As a Cashier Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This is a full-time contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and process their purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
