Junior Florist - Lisbon, Portugal


We are currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Florist in Lisbon. As a Junior Florist, you will assist in the creation and arrangement of beautiful floral displays for various occasions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the floral industry, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and arranging floral displays for weddings, events, and daily orders
- Ensure all flowers are fresh and properly cared for
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock when needed
- Interact with customers to understand their floral needs and provide recommendations
- Assist with deliveries and set-up of floral arrangements at event venues
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior florists
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required
