Personal Trainer - Contract

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team on a contract basis in Lisbon. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans for our clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also provide guidance and support to clients during their workouts, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certified by a recognized fitness organization
- Ability to create personalized fitness plans for clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Availability to work on a contract basis in Lisbon

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or health concerns
- Develop personalized fitness plans for clients based on their needs and goals
- Provide guidance and support during client workouts, correcting form and technique as needed
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
- Track client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and certifications

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer in a gym or private setting
- Certified by a recognized fitness organization such as NASM or ACE
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition
- Understanding of different training techniques including strength training, cardio, HIIT, etc.
- Ability to adapt workouts for clients with injuries or special conditions
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively guide and motivate clients
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
