Instrument Technician - Contract Position in Lisbon

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial or scientific settings. Your main duties will include troubleshooting issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all instruments are functioning properly. This is a contract position based in Lisbon with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Experience working with various types of instruments such as gauges, meters, and sensors
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to instrument maintenance
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of all instruments
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the instruments and make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Comply with safety regulations at all times while working on instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians or team members as needed for larger projects or complex repairs

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in instrument technology preferred
- Previous experience working as an Instrument Technician highly desirable but not required
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment (up to 50lbs) and working in confined spaces if necessary
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal without sponsorship
