Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and senior management
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
