Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our projects in Lisbon. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines.
- Train and supervise on-site staff including laborers, equipment operators, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software.
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel if required.
