Office Assistant
We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners) and basic troubleshooting skills
