Job Title: Merchandiser

We are currently hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Lisbon. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and promoting our products to increase sales. You will work closely with the sales team and suppliers to ensure that our products are strategically placed and effectively marketed in stores.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand product goals and strategies
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an attractive manner
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and organizing stockroom

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement techniques
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary: $1400 per month (full-time)
