Sales Manager - Lisbon, Portugal (Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our biometric passport solutions. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to expand customer base
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Present product demonstrations to clients and provide customized solutions based on their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biometric technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling biometric passport solutions or similar products/services
- Knowledge of the European market and existing network within the region
- Fluency in Portuguese and English languages
