Waiter/Waitress


We are a bustling restaurant located in the heart of Lisbon and we are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the dining experience is enjoyable for all.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set up before guests arrive
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with cleaning duties when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Good knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in the vibrant city of Lisbon, known for its beautiful architecture, delicious cuisine, and lively atmosphere.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must already be living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
