Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Lisbon. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous waiting experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments using POS system
- Clean and reset tables for the next guests

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
