Land Surveyor

We are a leading construction company in Lisbon and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$, depending on experience. As this is an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. However, candidates with basic knowledge of land surveying principles and who hold their own visa will be given preference. This opportunity is suitable for both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect data, measurements, and other relevant information for construction projects
- Create accurate maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of surveying techniques, principles, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Must hold own visa (non-sponsored)
