Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently on various projects. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Prepare accurate field notes, records, and sketches
- Analyze data and create detailed reports and maps
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
