Online Tutor

As an online tutor, you will be responsible for providing virtual educational support to students in various subjects. This includes creating lesson plans, conducting live video sessions, and providing feedback on student progress. This is a contract position that is open to candidates without prior experience. However, a strong understanding of the subject matter and excellent communication skills are required. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain teaching experience while also having the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world. Biometric passport and fluency in English are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans tailored to each student's individual needs
- Conduct live video sessions with students to provide instruction and answer questions
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student progress
- Monitor student performance and adjust lesson plans as needed
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on relevant educational trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (education, subject area, etc.)
- Strong understanding of subject matter being taught
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience is a plus but not required
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one) for international students
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Access to reliable internet and computer equipment for conducting online sessions

Location: This position is based in Lisbon but can be done remotely from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Salary: $1100 per month (paid hourly)

Note: This position may also be suitable for students looking for part-time work while pursuing their studies. Flexible working hours can be arranged.
