Junior Gardener


We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Junior Gardener to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Junior Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various plants, flowers, and trees in our gardens and green spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and weeding plants and flowers according to seasonal needs
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools in good condition
- Assisting with landscape design and creating new garden layouts
- Reporting any issues or concerns to senior gardening staff
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required
- Passion for plants and nature with basic knowledge of plant care techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 per month with potential for growth within the company.
