Senior Barber

We are in search of a skilled Senior Barber to join our team in Lisbon. As a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services to our clients. You will also be expected to mentor and train junior barbers, ensuring that they adhere to our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair cutting and styling services to clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Mentor and train junior barbers, providing guidance and feedback on their skills
- Ensure that junior barbers adhere to the company's standards of quality and customer service
- Handle client bookings, payments, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Promote products and services offered by the salon

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber with excellent cutting, styling, and grooming skills
- Strong knowledge of current trends and techniques in barbering
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if needed
- Must have a valid work visa for Portugal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide free visa assistance and flight ticket for the right candidate.
