Experienced Baker


We are a renowned bakery in Lisbon, known for our delicious and freshly baked goods. We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team and contribute to our success. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and measurements
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods using the proper equipment and techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly to ensure quality products
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, or other toppings as needed
- Maintain a clean work area and follow food safety guidelines
- Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies used
- Collaborate with other bakers to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail
- Creativity in developing new recipes
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings or weekends as needed

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
