We are searching for a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to our elderly clients. This is a full-time position with an urgent need for immediate placement.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by the client's doctor
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the family or healthcare team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Caregiver or similar role
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to provide physical assistance to clients (lifting, transferring)
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
