Skilled Handyman in Lisbon


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lisbon. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical systems, repairing appliances, painting, and completing general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Repair or replace appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and stoves
- Paint interior and exterior walls as needed
- Complete general maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing doors or windows
- Keep track of inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Communicate with tenants or clients to address any concerns or requests for repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have own visa or able to obtain necessary work permit

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
