Master Body Repair Technician



We are seeking a highly skilled Master Body Repair Technician to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month, and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship. While this position is suitable for men, we welcome applicants of all genders.

As a Master Body Repair Technician, you will use your extensive knowledge and experience to assess the damage on vehicles and determine the appropriate repair methods. You will also be responsible for disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, including body panels, frames, and electrical systems.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail and an eye for perfection. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As a team player, you will collaborate with other technicians to ensure all repairs are completed accurately and within the given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Use specialized tools and equipment to repair body damage
- Disassemble damaged parts and repair or replace as necessary
- Perform structural repairs on frames using welding techniques
- Restore electrical systems back to working order
- Perform final quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry standards
- Communicate with customers and provide updates on repair progress
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in auto body repair is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as an auto body technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and frame repair techniques
- Proficiency in using specialized tools such as welders, grinders, sanders etc.
- Good physical health with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
