Office Manager

We are in need of an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily tasks. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month without accommodation. We offer a free visa and ticket to the successful candidate if needed.
