Concierge Coordinator


We are seeking an organized and customer-oriented Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients upon their arrival, making them feel welcome and comfortable
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone
- Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, event tickets, and other services as requested by clients
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to clients
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and find appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience throughout their stay

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
